Fantastic Quality and amazing value for money!

I bought this duvet set a week or so ago in preparation for my new home... I was amazed upon opening the (extremely good) packaging to discover that these are Heal's factory seconds and ought to be on sale for £80!
I read the discription fully and understood that I was buying factory seconds, but apart from a few loose threads, I can't find a thing wrong with them, they're perfect. The quality is everything you would expect from both Heal's and Egyptian Cotton. The covers are crisp and cool, soft to the touch and glorious to sink into after a long day moving boxes around!!!

Fantastic Value

I was really pleased with the Duvet set. It was sold as a second but very little wrong with it Pillow cases missing from set but called customer services and they were sent out the next day. Will defiantly use Wallace Sacks again

Great value but if you want perfect quality do not buy it

factory rejects are great value. there is nothing wrong with the set, the stiching line is not straight and there are a lot of loose threads, which are not too dificult to get rid off. the imperfections are not that noticeable (unless you are looking very closesly)

Excellent service and good value.

Very good value - a few loose threads but nothing that can't easily be fixed. Very good delivery but would have liked somewhere on your order form to give details of where to deliver if nobody at home.

Items arrived very promptly and the quality of the cotton feels good. There are a few thread to be snipped off but nothing difficult. Perhaps an area on your order form to indicate where to deliver if occupant out would help. Otherwise delighted.

purchase of duvet set

Overall a good product.

I bough several sets of these duvet covers and pillow slips for a holiday let. Therefore somewhat committed. I found the quality of the fabric to be very good but, the finish of the stitching poor. In some places the lines of stitching were unequal distances from the seams or the over-lock stitching was very patchy. One of my Super-kings was actually a King size and didn't fit the super-king quilt. I had already opened and washed it so it was too late to return.
My experience does put me off buying rejects as you don't really know why the item has been rejected until it arrives.
Wallace sacks have been very attentive and I would use the company again.

Rave Review

I love Wallace Sacks. This was my second order and was , like the first, perfect. Lovely smooth cotton, really nice quality, and the speed of delivery and efficiency of the web site etc were all you could wish for.

Excellant quality. Excellant service. Excellant price.

This item was classed as 'factory seconds', the quality was much better than items I had purchased at four times the price supposedly perfect from a leading manufacturer.
I would recommend this site to anyone looking for quality merchandise.
My only regret is not having heard of Wallace Sacks sooner.

Affordable luxury

These duvet sets are great quality and good looking and could not be bought on the high street at this price. I have bought a lot from Wallace Sacks as we have a couple of holiday cottages and good quality luxury bedding is essential. This meets the criteria perfectly. Recommended.
