Good

Very luxurious looking bedlinen, but a bit scratchy. I suspect will soften up after a couple of washes! Worth the money

Excellent service

Pruchased this bedroom set for our 17 year old daughter, looks fab, very sumptuous.
Excellent customer service, delivery very quick, I ordered one of the duvets covers locally and it took longer than ordering from Wallace Sacks.

Despatch longer than expected. Description of colour wrong.

I placed my order on Monday morning and rang to chase it on Friday evening. It was just being despatched then which I thought was a long time.
When it did arrive, it was very nice quality but the colour described as 'Red' was a definite Burgundy and, as it clashed with other decor, I had to return it which is always a pain with mail order.
