UK Delivery
STANDARD UK MAINLAND - £4.95
We are currently offering FREE DELIVERY on all UK mainland orders over £100 for a limited period
Our standard delivery time to mainland UK is within 4 working days of placing your order.
However, during our Seasonal Sales when demand is very high this may extend to 14 working days.
Exception: Rugs and cushions can take up to 7 working days to be delivered
Please note: Someone must be at the delivery address when the item arrives in order to sign for it or the package will be returned to the depot.
We are happy to deliver to your work address if that is more convenient just enter this as your delivery address.
Western Europe
£20 per delivery address for orders of bedlinen and smaller items.
Bulky items will be charged at a higher rate - we will contact you to confirm the extra delivery cost.
Delivery to Western Europe is up to 14 working days from the date of placing the order.
International delivery Orders will be sent via recorded international courier. Local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Duty and customs
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.
Guarantee & Returns Policy
No quibble guarantee
You can return your order for any reason, at any time within 28 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that it is in the original, undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition.
How to return or exchange
* There is no need to telephone us when sending a return
* Fill out the Returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
* There is a peel off FREEPOST label on your delivery note. Please stick this label on your parcel and put it in a post box or take it to a Post Office.
* All goods returned to Wallace Sacks from within the UK are returned FREE of charge. This excludes rugs which are returned at customer's cost.
* You will receive your refund credit, or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.
* Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.
Legal statement on returns
Returning any item within 28 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the three month post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Wallace Sacks will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Wallace Sacks on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. We may withold up to 20% of the purchase price of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item is not fully resaleable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
