Christmas Mail Deliveries

Due to the Christmas rush, Royal Mail First Class and Recorded deliveries can take a day or two longer than normal to arrive. If you require a next day service we advise customers to upgrade to UPS or Royal Mail Special Delivery services.

Due to adverse weather conditions throughout the UK and Europe, some of our postal service providers are experiencing delays in parts worst affected by the snow. Our couriers including Royal Mail and UPS are doing everything they can to ensure you receive your parcel in time for Christmas, but we cannot guarantee that all deliveries will arrive before Christmas.

The Christmas Countdown is well underway! The good news is that you still have time to place your orders with us for delivery before Christmas Day 2011! Ensure that your order is completed before 3:30pm (Monday-Friday) in order for the order to be dispatched on the same day.

• Special Delivery (By 9am & 1pm) - Thursday 22nd December
• UPS Express Service - Thursday 22nd December

International Airmail

• South & Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Far East (including Japan), New Zealand and Australia - Monday 5th December
• USA, Canada and Eastern Europe - Friday 9th December
• Western Europe - Monday 14th December

• USA, Canada, Japan and Eastern Europe - Friday 16th December
• Western Europe - Thursday 22nd December
