It's simple. We're so confident that we're offering you fantastic quality for a fantastic price, if you find the same product cheaper on any other UK website, or in any other UK shop, we will match their price and provide you with FREE postage.

Wallace Sacks are proud to offer you this guarantee. None of our competitors, including companies with existing price promises, such as John Lewis, will price match online and catalogue competitors.

To request a price match, just email us within 48 hours of making your purchase, using the contact us page including: the cheaper price, the date you found this cheaper price, the name of the website or shop where the product is cheaper, and a telephone number, address, website, and email if available. We will review the details and reply to you within three business days.

Please note: to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price-match promise to genuine customers, the acceptance of all refund requests is ultimately at the discretion of Wallace Sacks, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.

Price Match Terms and Conditions

You are eligible for a price-match if your request meets the following conditions:

• Price match requests must be submitted by email within 48 hours of making your purchase and must include the cheaper price, the date you found this cheaper price, the name of the website or shop where the product is cheaper, and at least one piece of contact information of our competitor.
• The price match guarantee applies only to UK retailers that have the identical product in stock and the product is priced accurately.
• The price match guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, promotional offers or product-bundle pricing on the order.
• The price match guarantee only applies to identical items. We require the quality, size and brand to be identical.
• The price match guarantee does not apply to any price obtained using a promotional discount code on a competitors site.
• The price match guarantee does not include any products for sale on auction websites.
• The price we are matching will be the inclusive carriage paid cost, assuming that only one product is being ordered.
• The price match guarantee is subject to change at any time and is only available to purchases made in the United Kingdom.

DELIVERY TERMS

UK Delivery

Standard UK Mainland delivery is charged at £4.95

With the following exceptions:

Scottish Islands/Highlands: £12
Postcodes starting IV40 & IV54: £12
Isle Of Man: £12
Northern Ireland: £14
Channel Islands & Scilly Isles: £16

For most products please allow 5-7 working days from the date of despatch for your order to arrive except at Christmas, New Year and "sale time" when deliveries will take up to 10 working days from your order date.  With the following exception:
Mirrors: All our mirrors are hand made to order and therefore have an extended delivery time of 21 days.

Western Europe: The postage is charged at £20 per delivery address.
Please allow 7 working days from the date of despatch for your order to arrive. International delivery Orders will be sent via recorded international post. Local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Please note: Someone must be at the delivery address when the item arrives in order to sign for it or the package will be returned to the depot.

Duty and customs

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.

GUARANTEE AND RETURNS POLICY

You can return your order for any reason, at any time within 28 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. 

How to return or exchange

• There is no need to telephone us when sending a return
• Fill out the Returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Please address the parcel to: Wallace Sacks Returns Dept, Allport, 13 Hayes Road, London Heathrow Airport, UB2 5ND

• Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Wallace Sacks at your own expense.
• You will receive your refund credit, or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.
• Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.

Legal statement on returns

Returning any item within 28 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the three month post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Wallace Sacks will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Wallace Sacks on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Acceptance of an order

Our acceptance of an order takes place immediately after checkout at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. Non-acceptance of an order may result from the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment or the identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion. Whether merchandise has been used for domestic or business purposes, Wallace Sacks does not, by law, limit or exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of duty, gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa-Electron, JCB Cards, Cirrus or Maestro. We will take all reasonable precautions, in so far as in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
